Hardwood Floor Resurfacing

Beautify your floors with Hardwood Floor Resurfacing is a process that cleans, removes scratches and  re-coats the floor with a new layer of finish.  It can be done on most hardwood floors.

Benefits: Hardwood floor Resurfacing can restore the original luster of your floors. It can remove minor scratches and scuffs. It can prevent damage from occurring. Most floors take one day to complete.  

Cost is $1.00 sq. ft. we have a 400 sq. ft minimum. 

 

Hardwood Floor Installation 

                 $2.25 Sq Ft.

Sanding and Refinishing

                $ 2.50 Sq. Ft.

We can refinish your wood flooring and have it looking new again. We will sand the surface down the bare wood, removing stains and scratches. Then we'll coat your flooring with high quality Polyurethane  to create a lustrous new finish.

Overtime hardwood floors can become dull, scratched and damaged due to wear and tear. Refinishing is an excellent way to restore your floors and protect them from further damage. Our process is sanding down two or three stages, sweeping and vacuuming, stain is optional and is an extra 25 cent a sq. ft.. the we apply contractors grade polyurethane we recommend oil base polyurethane  over water base due to its many years of durability.

Can you explain hardwood floor resurfacing

hardwood Floor resurfacing is removing the top layer of your hardwood and coating with a fresh coat of oil based Poly.Deed scratches cannot be removed with this process, this is a one day service. Our most popular and affordable service.

Most people that need repairs has either removed a wall and need the floors patched to blend. Some people have missing hardwood or discolored hardwood.
